3- Steps for the Quebec Skilled Worker program

To participate in the Quebec Expert Workforce Program, you must submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) form through the Arima portal; This step is free and you have to enter information such as work experience, language certificate, educational qualification, etc. in the EOI form.

 

After reviewing the EOI form, the Immigration Department will issue an invitation to apply to the applicants, and the applicants must submit their application to the Immigration Department of this province within 60 days to receive the Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ). Then your application will be scored based on the mentioned criteria and if you get enough points, a CSQ will be issued.
