As explained at the beginning of this article, you can apply for this program after receiving at least 67 points out of 100 points of the Skill Worker program and enter the pool of qualified applicants. Canada’s Express Entry scoring system will then rank you based on your characteristics. This rating is called the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) and each applicant’s score is called the CRS score, and an Invitation to Apply (ITA) is sent to the applicants with the highest score. After receiving the ITA, you must send your application and documents to the Canadian Immigration Department within 60 days, and the Canadian government will review your case within 6 months.

7- Types of skilled worker visas

This program is offered in three forms: federal, provincial and a program specific to Quebec. The point that distinguishes the Quebec Skilled Workforce Program from other programs is that Quebec program applicants can only work and reside in Quebec, and federal program applicants cannot work in the province of Quebec.
